I grew up here but left for a while. The median home value here is around $389,300, which seems about average. With a population of 39,089, Royal Palm Beach is a smaller city. Poverty rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 76--F, so it's warm year-round. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Any advice would be great. Thanks in advance! The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The weather takes some getting used to. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
