Is Royal Palm Estates a good place to live?

Anyone else feel this way? Just moved here 16 months ago and Median household income is $51,461, which feels on the lower side for the area. The unemployment rate is 4.1%, which is about average. You can expect to pay around $2,016 for rent here. It's a a small town city with about 1,722 people. The median home value here is around $321,200, which seems about average. The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Pros:
- Friendly people
- Good healthcare facilities
- Plenty of shopping options

Cons:
- Limited public transit
- Not very walkable
- Lack of diversity
- Boring for young people
- Limited cultural events
The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The weather takes some getting used to. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. My experience has been mostly positive. the quality of life is solid. The only thing I'd watch out for is cost of living. Other than that, Good luck with whatever you decide..
