Best apartments in Royalton under ?

Hey, I'm a college student here and Rent is about $901/month for a decent place. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What neighborhoods would you suggest? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 11 years ago from Baltimore and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Older homes are where the value is. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Maple Ridge. It's better than expected for what you get.

Jobs: The market is stable right now, especially in manufacturing. If you're in construction you might struggle.

People: Generally surprisingly good. It took about 14 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: underrated. Tons of options if you like Vietnamese.
