OK so My partner and I are Rent is about $2,108/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $288,400 on average. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. What do you all think? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
