Cheapest neighborhoods in Runge?

Hey everyone, I'm a 53-year-old physical therapist and Rent is about $322/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 40.6%, which is higher than I expected. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Would love some local perspective. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem average.

I've been here 10 years and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The thing nobody mentions is pet-friendliness. It's developing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the weather is legit. And if you're into skiing, this place is improving.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Riverside side vs the Maple Ridge side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Hope this helps!.
