Just moved to Running Springs, any tips?
Longtime lurker here, I'm a teacher here and The unemployment rate is 3.3%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 10.8%, which is around average. Homes are going for about $373,300 on average. You can expect to pay around $1,725 for rent here. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What do you all think? Any help is appreciated. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
