First post here. Been living here since 2019. Crime rate is something to consider -Rupert sits at 69.1 per 100K. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Has anyone dealt with this? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
