Hello, I'm single, late 30s, and It's a a small town city with about 2,453 people. Homes are going for about $402,100 on average. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The food scene here is surprisingly good. What would you do? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
