Cost of living reality check -Rush Springs

First post here. I'm a remote worker and The median home value here is around $80,300, which is actually reasonable. It's a a small town city with about 1,230 people. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Worth the trade-offs?
