Hi all, It's a a small town city with about 5,332 people. Homes are going for about $153,500 on average. Poverty rate is 8.7%, which is pretty low. The suburbs are where most families end up. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What are your go-to spots? Looking forward to hearing from you all.
