First time home buyer in Ruskin

Alright, It's a a smaller city city with about 30,074 people. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Does this match your experience? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem hit or miss.

I've been here 1 years and it's not perfect but it works for me. The thing nobody mentions is school system. It's affordable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the healthcare is legit. And if you're into fishing, this place is solid.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Maple Ridge side vs the Greenfield side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
