So, We have two kids and Homes are going for about $207,400 on average. It's a a small town city with about 1,237 people. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Thoughts? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
