Military spouse here. Median household income is $118,750, which feels pretty solid for the area. With a population of 5,747, Rutgers University-Busch Campus is a small town. Poverty rate is 17.4%, which is higher than I expected. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Has anyone dealt with this? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
