Anyone regret moving to Rutland?

It's a a small town city with about 15,747 people. With a population of 15,747, Rutland is a small town. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Am I overthinking this? Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

I've been living here for 2 years and I'd say the quality of life is solid. The cost of living is solid compared to other places I've lived. Overall Good luck with whatever you decide..
