Hey folks, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Household incomes average around $55,000 in Rutland. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Has anyone dealt with this? TIA! I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The weather takes some getting used to.
