I work in media and It's a a small town city with about 9,884 people. Median household income is $236,968, which feels pretty solid for the area. Homes are going for about $970,900 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Rye Brook sits at 180.7 per 100K. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Should I be concerned? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
