Healthcare options in Rye?

Anyone else feel this way? I've been here for 1 years and Homes are going for about $1,785,400 on average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Am I wrong here?

My experience has been mostly positive. it was the best decision I ever made. The only thing I'd watch out for is pet-friendliness. Other than that, Good luck with whatever you decide..

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a writer who relocated here from Atlanta about 10 years ago. The main reasons were weather and retirement.

Pros I've experienced:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Affordable housing options

Cons that are real:
- Winters are long and cold
- Dating scene is rough

Financially, we've found it challenging compared to where we came from. If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. Groceries are established, gas is better than expected.

Socially, it's been a really good experience overall. Happy to answer more specific questions..
