Hey folks, I relocated for work and Poverty rate is 62.2%, which is higher than I expected. Average temperature is around 80--F, so it's warm year-round. Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Is this normal for Sabana comunidad?
