How is Sabina for outdoor activities?

I'm a remote worker and Rent is about $802/month for a decent place. Median household income is $45,957, which feels on the lower side for the area. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Worth the trade-offs?

I've lived in Maple Ridge for about 11 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it exceeded my expectations. When I first moved here from Austin, I was surprised by pet-friendliness. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Decent public transit for the size
- Lots of new development happening
- The school system scene is average

The downsides:
- Chain restaurants dominate
- Limited entertainment options

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for singles. Feel free to reach out with questions..
