Best neighborhoods to rent in Sachse?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm retired and Crime rate is something to consider -Sachse sits at 48.3 per 100K. Median household income is $130,839, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What would you do? Cheers. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Came here for work and stayed because there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The public transit is honestly challenging and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

The food scene here is tough. Tons of great craft beer places. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.
