How much do you pay for rent in Sachse?

Hi all, My partner and I are Median household income is $130,839, which feels pretty solid for the area. You can expect to pay around $1,807 for rent here. Rent is about $1,807/month for a decent place. The median home value here is around $366,100, which seems about average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Am I overthinking this? Thanks for reading. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to.

I've lived in Highland for about 2 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it was the best decision I ever made. When I first moved here from Chicago, I was surprised by food scene. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:

- Nice parks and green spaces

- Decent public transit for the size

- The walkability scene is excellent

The downsides:

- Nightlife is limited

- Not a lot of cultural diversity

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for young professionals. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
