First post here. I'm a 51-year-old social worker and The median home value here is around $484,600, which is pretty steep. The city has invested a lot in new development. Let me know your thoughts. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The city has invested a lot in new development.
