Co-working spaces in Saginaw?

Random thought, We have two kids and Homes are going for about $54,000 on average. The unemployment rate is 6.2%, which is concerning. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. What would you do? TIA! It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a accountant who relocated here from Nashville about 3 years ago. The main reasons were retirement and weather.

Pros I've experienced:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Good schools in most areas
- Good healthcare facilities

Cons that are real:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Limited shopping options

Financially, we've found it surprisingly good compared to where we came from. The market is competitive but not impossible. Groceries are stable, gas is average.

Socially, it's exactly what I was looking for. Feel free to reach out with questions..

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I love the pace of life here. Feel free to reach out with questions..
