Relocating to Saginaw, MI -pros and cons?

First post here. Poverty rate is 27.0%, which is higher than I expected. Household incomes average around $37,298 in Saginaw. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Does this match your experience? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want housing market, then yeah this place is great. But if dating scene matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
