Studio apartments in Sahuarita -options?

Random thought, Crime rate is something to consider -Sahuarita sits at 139.0 per 100K. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Thoughts? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Weather-wise, the summers are better than expected and winters are manageable. You get used to it after the first year.

Hot take but it's improved dramatically in recent years. I know a lot of people disagree but after 4 years here, that's my honest assessment.
