Is Sale Creek a good place to live?

Alright, Homes are going for about $300,900 on average. Is this normal for Sale Creek? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value food scene, you'll love it. The weather is genuinely better than expected and I've found I love the pace of life here. My neighborhood (Downtown) is wild and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from Atlanta, be prepared for the culture shock. outdoor recreation is completely different here. And Nightlife is limited.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are excellent, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

I work in retail here and I'm still on the fence after all this time. The job market for my field is underrated. Good luck with whatever you decide..

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want community vibe, then yeah this place is great. But if cost of living matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
