How is Salem for outdoor activities?

With a population of 7,341, Salem is a small town. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Am I overthinking this? Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

Bought a house here in 2021 and I'm still on the fence after all this time. Property values have gone up a bit since then.

Hot take but it's not perfect but it works for me. I know a lot of people disagree but after 4 years here, that's my honest assessment.
