Alright, I relocated for work and Crime rate is something to consider -Salem sits at 1,552.5 per 100K. Rent is about $992/month for a decent place. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Any advice would be great. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
