First post here. I grew up here but left for a while. Crime rate is something to consider -Salida sits at 121.1 per 100K. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Anyone in a similar situation? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
