Been meaning to ask this. I'm a 50-year-old restaurant manager and You can expect to pay around $911 for rent here. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Worth the trade-offs? Any help is appreciated. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
