Hey everyone, I'm single, late 40s, and Crime rate is something to consider -Salina sits at 457.4 per 100K. Homes are going for about $164,500 on average. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Is this normal for Salina? The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
