Rent prices in Salinas getting crazy

Anyone else noticing rent going up fast in Salinas? Over the last year, I feel like prices went up at least 10-15%. I'm paying $1923 for a 3BR which feels like a lot.

Are there any neighborhoods that are still affordable? Thinking about moving to a cheaper area.

Check out the Oakwood area. Way more affordable and still close to everything.
