Hey everyone, We're a young couple and Homes are going for about $310,600 on average. Poverty rate is 4.6%, which is pretty low. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to. Am I overthinking this? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
