I work in engineering and Rent is about $1,030/month for a decent place. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Anyone in a similar situation? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
