Internet providers in Salton City?

Longtime lurker here, I'm retired and It's a a small town city with about 6,244 people. Homes are going for about $189,800 on average. Rent is about $1,295/month for a decent place. The weather takes some getting used to. The suburbs are where most families end up. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What would you do? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a data analyst who relocated here from Dallas about 11 years ago. The main reasons were my partner's job and retirement.

Pros I've experienced:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Four distinct seasons

Cons that are real:
- Limited public transit options
- Road conditions need improvement

Financially, we've found it excellent compared to where we came from. Lots of new construction which should help. Groceries are pricey, gas is pretty good.

Socially, I love the pace of life here. Hope this helps!.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. I love the pace of life here. Compared to Dallas it's hit or miss.
