Not sure if this has been asked before, but Crime rate is something to consider -Sammamish sits at 34.4 per 100K. You can expect to pay around $2,728 for rent here. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
