Job hunting in San Angelo -tips?

So, Military spouse here. The unemployment rate is 2.0%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,121/month for a decent place. The suburbs are where most families end up. What neighborhoods would you suggest? I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Came here for family and stayed because I genuinely enjoy living here. The job market is honestly solid and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
