Been meaning to ask this. I've been here for 6 years and It's a a small town city with about 12,711 people. Rent is about $2,750/month for a decent place. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Does this match your experience? Thanks in advance!
