OK so I work in construction and The median home value here is around $219,700, which is actually reasonable. Poverty rate is 13.2%, which is around average. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Am I wrong here? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
