Is San Benito worth it salary-wise?

Curious what people think. I relocated for work and Poverty rate is 23.9%, which is higher than I expected. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

I've been living here for 8 years and I'd say it's not perfect but it works for me. The school system is surprisingly good compared to other places I've lived. Overall Hope this helps!.

I've been living here for 4 years and I'd say there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The community vibe is average compared to other places I've lived. Overall Good luck with whatever you decide..

Bought a house here in 2023 and it's not perfect but it works for me. Property values have gone up a bit since then.

The food scene here is underrated. Tons of great Thai places. I genuinely enjoy living here.
