Moving to San Benito -what should I know?

Hi all, It's a a small town city with about 24,677 people. Thoughts? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

Hot take but the quality of life is solid. I know a lot of people disagree but after 10 years here, that's my honest assessment.
