Hey everyone, I grew up here but left for a while. Homes are going for about $85,100 on average. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Anyone in a similar situation? Appreciate any input. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The weather takes some getting used to. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
