We have two kids and Median household income is $63,988, which feels about average for the area. The median home value here is around $384,900, which seems about average. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want nightlife, then yeah this place is great. But if safety matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
