Hey, I grew up here but left for a while. Homes are going for about $384,900 on average. Rent is about $1,433/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 3.9%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $1,433 for rent here. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Would love some local perspective. Thanks for reading.
