San Bruno in the winter -how bad?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but It's a a smaller city city with about 42,612 people. Poverty rate is 2.5%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $2,696 for rent here. Homes are going for about $1,199,400 on average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What are your go-to spots? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
