Best coffee shops in San Buenaventura (Ventura)?

I grew up here but left for a while. Median household income is $100,407, which feels pretty solid for the area. The median home value here is around $778,700, which is pretty steep. You can expect to pay around $2,101 for rent here. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Let me know your thoughts. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

I've been living here for 6 years and I'd say I genuinely enjoy living here. The pet-friendliness is excellent compared to other places I've lived. Overall Hope this helps!.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. it's been a really good experience overall. Compared to San Diego it's solid.

Hot take but I genuinely enjoy living here. I know a lot of people disagree but after 5 years here, that's my honest assessment.

I've been living here for 2 years and I'd say it exceeded my expectations. The nightlife is average compared to other places I've lived. Overall No regrets on my end..

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a chef who relocated here from San Diego about 6 years ago. The main reasons were work and family.

Pros I've experienced:
- Good healthcare facilities
- Strong sense of community
- Lots of family-friendly activities

Cons that are real:
- Road conditions need improvement
- Limited shopping options

Financially, we've found it solid compared to where we came from. Older homes are where the value is. Groceries are affordable, gas is surprisingly good.

Socially, I love the pace of life here. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
