I'm a remote worker and Rent is about $2,101/month for a decent place. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Worth the trade-offs? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
