Top 5 things I love about San Buenaventura (Ventura)

Random thought, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and The median home value here is around $778,700, which is pretty steep. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Worth the trade-offs? Thanks in advance! I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
