OK so We're a young couple and Homes are going for about $2,000,001 on average. The median home value here is around $2,000,001, which is pretty steep. Average temperature is around 59--F, so the weather is moderate. Crime rate is something to consider -San Carlos sits at 133.6 per 100K. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Does this match your experience? Thanks! It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
