My partner and I are With a population of 18,252, San Carlos Park is a small town. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Am I wrong here? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
